How to Raise a Complaint with Dropriding Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Dropriding Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Dropriding Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Dropriding Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@dropriding.property and include these items:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
